Refund Policy

Eligibility

Paid Apibridgetech training seats may qualify for a refund when cancellation meets the timeframes and conditions below. Free materials and informational website content are not purchasable and are not subject to refunds.

Timeframe

• Full refund: written cancellation at least 14 days before the cohort start date.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 5 days before the start date.
• No refund: cancellation within 4 days of start, or after sandbox credentials have been actively used for graded labs.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Requests must include the enrollee name, program name, invoice or confirmation number, and reason. Seat transfers to a colleague in the same organization are preferred when possible and may avoid fees if requested 7+ days before start.

Non-refundable items

• Custom dataset preparation fees already performed for an Oversight Cohort.
• On-site facilitator travel booked at the client’s request.
• Third-party examination or certification fees paid to other organizations.

Refund process

Email contact@apibridgetech.digital with the subject line “Refund request”. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request qualifies under this policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Bank timelines may add additional days. We do not issue refunds in cash.

Cancellation by Apibridgetech

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or agency-mandated travel bans may be considered for goodwill adjustments outside the standard schedule, at our discretion and with supporting documentation.
